- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, assist with training and development, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 6+ months of specialized experience in retail customer service or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, move and lift up to 55 pounds, and work in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy.
