Retail Sales Associate

The Retail Associate is a vital member of our store team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, answering questions, and providing assistance with purchases.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain a high level of awareness on the sales floor, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment for all customers and associates.
* Treat all customers and associates with respect and courtesy, recognizing fellow associates using company recognition programs.
* Assist customers with merchandise, answering questions, and providing product information in a knowledgeable and polite manner.
* Perform cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and replenishing restroom supplies, to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
* Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to the company's dress code at all times.
Requirements:
* Ability to effectively communicate with customers, associates, and store leadership in a friendly, respectful, and cooperative manner.
* Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
* Ability to use all store equipment, including PDTs, registers, and PCs, as required.
* Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing, walking, and moving around the store.
* Ability to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop.
* Ability to occasionally push, pull, and lift more than 25 pounds.
Working Conditions:
* The Retail Associate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers and associates throughout the store.
* The associate will be required to stand for long periods, walk, and move around the store, as well as perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying merchandise.
* The associate will be exposed to various weather conditions, depending on the store location and time of year.
