Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Neuroscience Account Manager to join our team at Lundbeck. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving demand creation and executing sales and marketing strategies in the local market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to enhance sales execution and maximize sales performance.
  • Provide clinical knowledge and expertise to customers, including psychiatrists, neurologists, and institutional accounts.
  • Partner with customers to deploy approved services and meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues specific to promoted portfolio.
  • Apply knowledge of pharmaceutical and regulatory environment to ensure compliance with Lundbeck policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 4+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to live within 40 miles of territory boundaries and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience within a specialty product sales force.
  • Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience therapeutic areas in primary care and specialty settings.
  • Documented successful sales performance and ownership of fully integrated account plans.
