Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential new accounts, developing sales relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify potential new accounts daily to meet sales team goals
  • Develop sales relationships with new accounts through in-person visits and provided marketing materials
  • Work as an independent contractor, earning a 3% commission on sales
  • Update accounts with new products as they are released
  • Educate accounts on products through in-store training and provided marketing materials
  • Manage and build brand awareness with current and new accounts
  • Stay current with industry trends to identify new opportunities for company growth
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to achieve personal and company sales goals
  • Adhere to state, local, and company rules and regulations
