About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative at Michael Page, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
