As a Sales Development Representative at Michael Page, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing and delivering solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to close of sale
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and screen potential candidates using multiple online resources
  • Conduct in-person interviews to evaluate candidates
  • Mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants
  • Participate in proposal development and negotiation of commercial terms

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a full sales cycle role
  • Prospecting experience and familiarity with sales tools (Salesforce, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Coachable and adaptable with a strong desire to achieve meaningful results
