Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests to cultivate new business opportunities, including identifying cross-selling prospects, maintaining client relationships, and enhancing customer loyalty.
  • Generate quotes, proposals, and bind coverage as required, adhering to insurer protocols.
  • Evaluate assigned policies to ascertain if additional coverages should be pursued prior to renewal.
  • Conduct regular service calls for designated clients.
  • Exercise diligence in customer interactions and in processing all coverage modifications promptly to ensure client satisfaction and mitigate E&O risks.

Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in standard office software; familiarity with Applied Tam is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Previous management experience is a plus.
