We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Culinary Specialist to join our team at Renaissance Senior Homes. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook healthy and delicious meals for our residents, adhering to proper safety and cooking techniques.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute menu items, specials, and events.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and receiving of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Support the preparation of special meals, party menus, and event menus.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in batch cooking preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work every other weekend and holiday, with flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
