Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in the transportation market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our team is at the forefront of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in traffic, transportation, or bridge engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional engineer license in Iowa or the ability to obtain license within 12 months.
  • Experience leading people to help them be successful in their careers.
  • Experience leading project teams and interfacing with clients.
