POSITION SUMMARY:
Brittany Green State Farm is on the lookout for a driven Producer who can identify opportunities and effectively convert leads into enduring client relationships. As a Customer Service Representative, your expertise in insurance offerings and market dynamics will enable you to engage directly with clients, assess their requirements, and promote products or services that deliver optimal value. You may also play a role in formulating strategies and setting performance targets for our agency. Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer accounts tailored to their unique needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, ascertain customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Collaborate with the agent to define and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic with unwavering dedication to success every day.
  • Work in tandem with your agency's team to foster successful, long-term customer relationships.
  • Manage the existing portfolio of clients as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
  • Demonstrated history of achieving sales targets and quotas is preferred.
  • Ability to connect effectively with customers.
  • Property & Casualty license (can be obtained post-offer).
