Job Overview

Position Summary:

The role involves managing customer-oriented sales activities within a designated region to meet established sales targets through innovative and effective strategies. This includes showcasing our offerings to prospective clients, understanding specific consumer needs, and suggesting promotional tactics to enhance product visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Foster and nurture relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns while working towards effective solutions.
  • Collect and evaluate client feedback to guide business strategies and decisions.
  • Act as the primary liaison for current and prospective clients within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and sustain customer loyalty and business relationships.
  • Provide clients with essential information and resources, including brochures and product samples.
  • Implement effective lead generation techniques to identify potential clients and explore new markets to drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including contact details and communication history.
  • Participate in various industry events, preparing and presenting information about our products and services.
  • Stay informed about market trends and changes, maintaining a strong understanding of our offerings and relevant technologies.
  • Ensure the company is represented appropriately to clients and assist in resolving any product, pricing, or payment issues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

  • Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in customer service is essential.
  • A minimum of one year in networking, marketing, or sales is required.
  • A degree in business, marketing, or communications is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cabinetry and countertops is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills are required.
  • Able to comprehend and follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Capable of directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Goal-oriented and detail-focused.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Mathematical and Reasoning Skills:
  • Critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities are essential.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient with current social media platforms.
  • Strong computer skills are required.
  • Familiarity with standard office software and other necessary applications.
  • Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting or carrying of items up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to kneel, bend, balance, squat, twist, push, and pull.
  • Frequent walking up and down stairs throughout the workday.
  • Use of fine motor skills, including talking, listening, reading documents, and operating computers.
  • Observation of the work environment is necessary.

Work Environment:

  • Ability to adapt to constant changes in customer needs and surroundings.
  • Exposure to varying temperatures and conditions may occur.
  • Routine use of standard office equipment, including computers and phones.
  • Maintaining a high level of safety awareness is expected.

Schedule and Travel Requirements:

  • Frequent travel is required.
  • 1st Shift – flexibility in scheduling may be necessary as determined by management.
