Strategic Business Analysis Manager

The ideal candidate for this role is a curious and analytical thinker with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. This position demands a highly strategic thinker with a solid foundation in data and analytics, who can integrate all disciplines seamlessly and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead sales incentive design for Consumer Group and own the process from beginning to end with minimal oversight.
- Develop new compensation plans from inception and enhance existing plans through iterative processes.
- Analyze and model incentive plan proposals using SQL and other data tools, assess their impacts, and offer strategic recommendations.
- Effectively propose and present ideas to senior and executive-level decision-makers.
- Serve as an internal consultant to advise channel leadership and partners on compensation plans, target recommendations, and field performance metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful plan execution.
- Monitor compensation performance monthly and deliver executive-level summaries, anticipated outcomes, and recommendations for future compensation changes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analysis, Data Science, Decision Science, or similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience.
- 7-10 years of analytics experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches.
- Reporting and analyzing performance and data visualization using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Advanced analytics, including SQL analysis of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis, and research.
- Experience with Python, R, Go, or similar statistics or data science languages preferred.
- Telecommunications experience preferred.
- Communication: Ability to manage relationships, influence, and communicate complicated analysis, logic, and solutions in a clear and concise manner at the executive level.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional at using wide-ranging datasets to deliver broad analysis and insights to maximize value creation and return on investment.

- Financial Modeling: Required.
