Job Description

The University of Kansas Health System is seeking an experienced Ambulatory Nursing Supervisor to lead our Dermatology Clinic team. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $100,000 - $160,000 per year. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in ambulatory nursing and 2 years of supervisory experience. A Master's degree in Nursing is preferred, along with a current active multistate RN license and Basic Life Support certification. Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Maintaining current knowledge of and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards of care
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies for quality improvement and patient safety
  • Serving as a mentor for excellence in clinical practice and patient and employee satisfaction
