Neuroimmunology Specialist with Clinical Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Neuroimmunology MS Specialist to join our team at The University of Kansas Health System. As a key member of the Department of Neurology, you will be responsible for developing and implementing independent research projects, publishing scholarly publications, and providing exceptional patient care.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have expertise in Clinical Neuroimmunology and Multiple Sclerosis, with a strong track record of scholarly activity. You will be responsible for:
- Actively participating in the Neurology/Neuroimmunology program at the medical school
- Developing and implementing independent research projects, with a focus on neuroimmunology
- Providing exceptional patient care in the outpatient neurology clinic, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with multiple sclerosis
- Supervising neurology residents in the hospital and clinic settings
- Teaching medical students and providing lectures on neuroimmunology topics
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A MD/DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Neurology
- Fellowship training in Clinical Neuroimmunology and Multiple Sclerosis
- Eligibility for licensure in Kansas and Missouri
