About the Role

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Doctoral degree from a Council on Social Work Education-accredited school of social work, with at least one year of experience as a social worker in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized plans of care, taking into account emotional and social factors
  • Assess patient progress and adjust plans as needed, collaborating with other healthcare professionals
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting independence and optimal health outcomes
  • Supervise and instruct Social Worker Assistants, ensuring high-quality medical social services are delivered to patients
