About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Advocate to join our team at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. As a Customer Advocate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Navigate customers through the self-service experience, ensuring seamless order submission and resolution of issues.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, addressing account-related concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Process and enter orders, pick-ups, and other customer requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle customer service calls, resolving issues and providing support to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and support.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalency, plus 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create pivot tables, develop charts, and complex formulas.
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and federal regulatory guidelines.
