Key Responsibilities:

Solution Development:

  1. Apply your knowledge of industrial engineering principles to create innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
  2. Collaborate with the Chief Solutions Officer and relevant stakeholders to gather client requirements and adapt solutions accordingly.
  3. Design process flows and strategies aimed at optimizing supply chain management and improving operational efficiency for clients.

Value Proposition Communication:

  1. Work with the team to ensure our value proposition is clearly communicated to clients through various channels.
  2. Prepare engaging presentations and proposals that showcase the distinct advantages our solutions offer.
  3. Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, articulating their benefits to potential clients.

Client Engagement:

  1. Establish strong relationships with clients by demonstrating a thorough understanding of their challenges and providing insightful solutions.
  2. Conduct in-depth analyses at client locations to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance and support throughout the engagement process.

Continuous Improvement:

  1. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in industrial engineering and supply chain management.
  2. Continuously refine our solutions based on client feedback and insights from industry research.
  3. Collaborate with the product development team to integrate client feedback and enhance the functionality and usability of our offerings.
Qualifications:
  1. PhD in industrial engineering or a related discipline is required.
  2. Demonstrated experience in industrial and manufacturing process design, particularly in supply chain management.
  3. Prior roles in supply chain management within operations management are highly desirable.
  4. Strong analytical capabilities to dissect complex issues and devise innovative solutions.
  5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  6. Proven ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
  7. A commitment to delivering value and exceeding client expectations.
  8. STEM background preferred, with a strong inclination towards process-oriented thinking.
  9. Ability to balance technical expertise with customer-facing skills, bridging the gap between engineering and business.
  10. Willingness to travel as necessary.

Compensation: Base Salary Range – Based on Experience
Benefits: Following the evaluation period, health, dental, and vision care will be provided per the company plan, along with a generous PTO package. Medical/Dental/Vision: employee pays for any family members. Percentages paid by CLN for the employee only:

  1. Medical: CLN pays 100%
  2. Dental: CLN pays 50% - minimal cost to employee
  3. Vision: CLN pays 0% - minimal cost to employee
  4. Life Insurance: coverage is 2x annual salary, minimum 200K – CLN pays 100%
