The Office Clerk plays a crucial role in managing and processing orders for product dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate Order Log by recording both printed and unprinted order numbers.
- Track the total number of orders processed, including any unprinted orders and those listed for shipping.
- Complete all Carrier Manifests for transport personnel.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager and Shipping Manager to determine which orders require processing.
- Generate batches of invoices, labels, and tracking identifiers.
- Monitor the status of shipments and deliveries.
- Address and resolve shipping inquiries.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet production targets and shipping deadlines.

- Ability to remain calm and data-oriented.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- A commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.

Essential Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.

Compensation: Starting pay is $15.00 per hour.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
