Direct Market Expansion Manager

ThinkTank Telecom is seeking a results-driven Direct Market Expansion Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives in North Dakota. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing inventory, and leading a team of enrollment specialists. Your entrepreneurial spirit and passion for connecting communities to essential services will be invaluable in this role.

  • Sales and Marketing Expertise: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to enroll new customers in Lifeline and ACP services, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of enrollment specialists, providing coaching and guidance to ensure their success and growth within the organization.
  • Inventory Management and Optimization: Oversee the efficient management of inventory, ensuring that enrollment specialists have the necessary resources to engage with customers effectively.
  • Strategic Location Scouting: Identify and secure optimal partner locations within North Dakota to maximize service outreach and customer accessibility.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to FCC and USAC regulations, maintaining operational integrity and implementing quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and efficiency of the enrollment process.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales and Leadership Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or leadership roles, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Industry Knowledge and Certifications: Familiarity with telecommunications industry standards and regulations, as well as relevant certifications or training.
