Job Title: Digital Content Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Developer to join our team at the Air Line Pilots Association, Int'l. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading aviation safety organization and contribute to the development of engaging web experiences.

Job Summary:

The Digital Content Developer will be responsible for creating interactive trainings and web experiences that showcase a deep understanding of web development and content management. This role requires a strong ability to translate complex concepts into concise and engaging training materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop interactive trainings and web experiences that meet the needs of content editors, managers, and developers.
  • Work closely with staff, members, and leaders to transition wireframes, concepts, and designs into functional and modern websites.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of UI/UX design, web design, CSS, and HTML.
  • Deliver training sessions in-person and digitally, showcasing expertise in public speaking and training.
  • Collaborate with the team to update, change, and post content to ALPA websites.
Requirements:
  • Four (4) years of related experience required, five (5) or more years strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant area, e.g., Computer Science, IT, Web Applications, or related field, from an accredited college or university required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written, for effective interaction with all levels of contacts, internal and external.
  • Proven track record of public speaking, presenting, and training, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Proficient understanding of HTML, CSS, and managing content within a CMS, experience with DNN and Sitecore preferred.
