Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in instructional design, a strong understanding of adult learning principles, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with subject matter experts and other departments to gather content and validate training materials. Your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail will enable you to manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop engaging, high-quality training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), webinars, videos, and job aids.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional design methodologies to create effective learning experiences.
  • Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with program goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Analyze feedback and performance data to continuously improve training materials and delivery methods.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts and other departments to gather content and validate training materials.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote training programs and initiatives.
  • Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS or equivalent years of experience working in a training content related position.
  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a software trainer or instructional designer, preferably in a technology company or software development environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of software applications, platforms, and technologies, with proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with instructional design methodologies and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality training experiences and supporting user success.
What We Offer:
