As part of your responsibilities, you will oversee the progress of all court cases managed by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services within your designated region. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver legal counsel and interpretation of statutes, regulations, and policies to staff members
  • Provide legal support to county and district attorneys
