Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate new credit opportunities, identifying and assessing risks, and proposing mitigating factors.
- Partner with client-facing teammates to consult on sales opportunities and provide product expertise and consultation.
- Underwrite new transactions, analyze credit risk, negotiate and close deals, adhering to internal policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Structure lease/loan terms, considering pricing, rates, payment, term, and collateral.
- Manage the credit process for a portfolio of clients, reviewing financial statements, assessing compliance with financial covenants, confirming risk ratings, and recommending changes as warranted.
- 7+ years of experience in commercial banking for Leasing Credit Sr Officer, 5+ years for Leasing Credit Officer II.
- Proficient credit and risk analysis skills.
- Strong presentation, structuring, and financial statement analysis skills for complex transactions.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
- Undergraduate degree in finance or accounting; MBA preferred.
- Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and negotiate third-party documentation.
- Proven ability to identify trends and emerging risks in underwriting and client selection.

This role is based in the United States and requires a 1st shift schedule with 40 hours per week.
Pay and Benefits:This role is eligible for an annual discretionary plan and offers a competitive salary range of $81,200,000.00, based on experience, education, and skill set. Benefits include industry-leading benefits, access to paid time off, and resources to support employee well-being.
