Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Assistant Office Manager/HR. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team, implementing office policies and procedures, and assisting with HR-related duties.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Support the HR function by assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes, as well as maintaining employee records and benefits.
  • Update and maintain various logs and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels between departments to ensure seamless collaboration and problem-solving.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR role, preferably in a law firm or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in QuickBooks a plus.
