Automotive Sales Operations Coordinator

The Automotive Sales Operations Coordinator collaborates with the licensing and title processing team to support the Enterprise Mobility Inc. brands, focusing on the administrative management of vehicle licensing and title documentation for initial registrations, renewals, and other related tasks.
This role is essential in fostering and maintaining a robust relationship with the Department of Motor Vehicles, License & Title Services, and field personnel to guarantee that all vehicles are properly titled and registered under the company’s name.

Key Responsibilities
• Daily preparation of vehicle documentation for licensing and titling, utilizing our current registration software
• Collaborating with rental branches/regions to update and distribute vehicle registrations and plates
• Utilizing Excel and Macros for updating unit files
• Maintaining accurate records of vehicles being registered using Microsoft Excel
• Employing the Title Management System
• Partnering closely with the remarketing team
• Assisting with various reporting and administrative tasks
• Ensuring regular and reliable attendance and punctuality

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
• High school diploma and/or some college or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience required - License & Title experience preferred
• Previous experience in license and title processes is advantageous
• Intermediate proficiency or better in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with no more than two chargeable moving violations or at-fault accidents within the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the last three years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship from our company for this position now or in the future.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to concentrate amidst office distractions
• Flexibility to adapt to a changing work environment based on volume

• Accurate typing and data entry skills
• Good organizational capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of employees and management
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment
• Light physical effort is involved, requiring handling of average-weight objects up to 30 pounds and some standing or walking for more than 2 hours a day
