  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory, sales, and labor reports.
