The Global Partner Marketing Strategist will serve as a vital resource in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns alongside Rubrik's strategic cloud and security alliance partners. The ideal candidate will possess experience in partner marketing, focusing on strategy formulation, campaign development, and execution across diverse formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance our global alliance marketing strategy for key partners, including the planning and execution of global programs aimed at acquiring new audiences and achieving pipeline objectives.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key partners, Rubrik's alliances team, and internal stakeholders to promote collaborative marketing opportunities.
  • Work closely with essential marketing and sales teams to design and manage significant launches and announcements.
  • Oversee a substantial budget and partner Marketing Development Funds (MDF) to maximize expenditure efficiency.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs and ROI metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with cloud/security partners.
  • Experience within the security sector.
  • Self-driven and proactive in addressing challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Diverse experience across various marketing disciplines.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Outstanding writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of the B2B marketing technology landscape.
