Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team at KITE'S CLEANERS, INC. as a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized call office to meet company standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate and courteous interactions.
  • Count garments, invoice, inspect for stains or damage, and search for foreign objects.
  • Describe various services available to customers.
  • Inform customers of potential problems and work with them to resolve issues.
  • Inspect, sort, and tag garments for return to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring adequate supplies are available.
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure a smooth and timely creation of a positive customer experience.
  • Communicate, research, and resolve customer service problems and issues.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of prior experience in a fast-paced retail service-oriented environment.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Stable prior employment history.
  • Able to pass a drug test and background check.
  • Will to work Saturdays and long hours if needed.
  • Able to lift and carry garments.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
