Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses using specialized clinical knowledge and advanced clinical skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals for patients, including psychotherapy, group, and family therapy as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and participate in multidisciplinary patient care conferences.
- Provide documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with departmental standards and federal and state regulations.
- Supervise interns and assigned staff, and perform discharge planning.
- Master's degree in Behavioral Health or a related field.
