Job Summary

SSM Health is seeking a skilled Social Worker, MSW to join our team in Psych Social Services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients with mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive, and developmental disorders and disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment goals and provide psychotherapy, group, and family therapy as needed.
  • Provide direct clinical supervision to interns and assigned staff.
  • Perform discharge planning and ensure a smooth transition for patients.
  • Work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
  • State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
