About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our Psych Social Services team. In this role, you will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive, and developmental disorders and disabilities. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans and provide psychotherapy, group, and family therapy as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses using specialized clinical knowledge and advanced clinical skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals for patients.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans and provide psychotherapy, group, and family therapy as needed.
  • Provide direct clinical supervision to interns and assigned staff.
  • Perform discharge planning and ensure a smooth transition for patients.
  • Work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
  • No experience required, but a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
