Job Summary

SSM Health is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team in Psych Social Services. As a key member of our care team, you will provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive, and developmental disorders and disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment goals and provide psychotherapy, group, and family therapy as needed.
  • Provide direct clinical supervision to interns and assigned staff.
  • Perform discharge planning and ensure seamless transitions for patients.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Behavioral Health or a related field.
  • No experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
