Social Worker, MSW

SSM Health is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team at St. Joseph Hospital - Wentzville. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients with mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive, and developmental disorders and disabilities.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses using specialized clinical knowledge and advanced clinical skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals for patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and participate in multidisciplinary patient care conferences.
- Provide direct clinical supervision to interns and assigned staff.
- Perform discharge planning and ensure timely and effective transitions for patients.
- Master's degree in Behavioral Health or a related field.
- No experience required, but a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills are essential.
