Job Title: Behavior Monitor

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Behavior Monitor to join our team at The Edinburg Center. As a Behavior Monitor, you will work closely with our team to provide in-home behavioral services support to youth with serious emotional and behavioral challenges or Autism.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments and learning needs assessments in family homes
  • Assist in designing positive behavior support and skill acquisition plans with individualized behavioral goals
  • Implement, model, and monitor progress of individualized plans based on data analysis under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Collaborate with youth team members
  • Assist in training parents and caregivers who implement plans with children and families on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
Requirements:
  • BA in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Special Education or human service-related field REQUIRED
  • Experience (minimum 2 years) in implementing principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) REQUIRED
  • Experience in implementing positive behavior support plans and teaching new skills
  • Experience working with youth 21 years and under with serious emotional and behavioral challenges or Autism
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for providing in-home behavioral services support
