Job Title: Behavior Monitor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavior Monitor to join our team at The Edinburg Center. As a Behavior Monitor, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with serious emotional and behavioral challenges or Autism.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments and learning needs assessments in family homes
  • Design and implement positive behavior support and skill acquisition plans with individualized behavioral goals
  • Collaborate with youth team members to ensure effective implementation of plans
  • Train parents and caregivers on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis

Requirements:

  • BA in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Special Education or human service-related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
