Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments to identify and analyze behavior challenges
  • Develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans to help individuals improve
  • Train team members to reinforce the implementation of behavioral plans
  • Collaborate with individuals and families to create individualized treatment plans
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • LABA License and BCBA Certification required
  • Valid driver's license and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
