Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is currently seeking a dedicated full-time Residential Lead Installation Technician to assist our clients by removing outdated HVAC systems and ductwork, replacing them with modern equipment, and ensuring proper functionality at their residences. This role will also involve providing guidance to fellow installers on the team. The position operates Monday through Friday with some Saturday shifts and offers a competitive salary ranging from $40,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience, along with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. You will be part of a team that values hard work, camaraderie, and mutual support, contributing to a stable and reputable company within the community.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RESIDENTIAL LEAD INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

  • A minimum of 3 years of residential on-call experience
  • Physical capability to lift 60-80 pounds
  • Able to work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics
