Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Client Services Mail Coordinator. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our mailroom.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, sorting, and delivering mail and packages in a timely and accurate manner. You will also be responsible for responding to customer requests, tracking shipments, and performing routine upkeep of equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receives, sorts, and delivers mail and packages in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Responds to customer requests and tracks shipments.
  • Performs routine upkeep of equipment and maintains inventory.
  • Records and tracks customer inquiries and fulfillment of requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic computer skills and technical knowledge required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and spend extended periods standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties.
