Job Description

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing client intake, scheduling, and follow-up appointments. You will be responsible for answering phones, taking messages, and forwarding them to the appropriate person or department. Additionally, you will perform various administrative tasks as assigned by management, including filing, data entry, and other office duties.

Responsibilities
  • Client Care: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, families, and caregivers.
  • Scheduling: Manage client intake, scheduling, and follow-up appointments.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk support, client services, or a related field.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Compensation
  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
