Technical Support Manager

Franklin Electric is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Manager to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for resolving internal and external customers' technical problems, managing technical support staff, and providing technical training resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve technical problems on the technical support call center, customer emails, and Franklin Water Systems websites.
  • Manage the activities and projects of assigned technical support staff.
  • Provide technical training resources and new ways to deliver technical information.
  • Manage technical document projects.
  • Draft technical letters and self-service publications as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related technical field.
  • Five to seven years of related experience.
  • One to three years of supervisory experience.
