As a Renewable Energy Solutions Executive, you'll play a vital role in promoting our value proposition to building owners by providing technical solutions and operational expertise.

We're seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales and customer relationships. Your primary focus will be on selling our service offerings to owners, primarily at the Director level, and building long-term partnerships with target and managed accounts.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Selling our service offerings persuasively, persistently, and confidently to building owners at the D-level while reaching optimal profit levels
  • Improving existing buildings to allow owners to achieve business objectives
  • Managing ongoing opportunities, focusing on selling services and retrofits
  • Selling, renewing, and expanding renewable service agreements, including multi-year agreements, to both new and existing customers
  • Building partnering relationships with owners or owner representatives responsible for decision-making processes

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • A minimum of six years of progressive field sales experience
  • At least one year of successfully selling HVAC or building automation system services or projects
  • Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence account decision-makers at key levels
