We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our Growth Ventures: Data & Analytics team at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). This role is a critical part of our organization's efforts to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction across North America.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and qualify sales leads, build customer relationships, and close essential business.
- Engage in continuous, interactive, and highly personalized dialogues with customers to drive company revenue and satisfaction.
- Be innovative, highly enthusiastic, and motivated to work in a growing, high-potential market segment.
- Develop new client relationships and assist with the implementation of sales/sales support plans to meet overall objectives.
- Proven record of successful meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual software sales quotas.
- Ability to identify key decision-makers within prospect companies.
- Capable of building and maintaining strong customer relationships in the region.
- Experience in the financial industry required, with a strong preference towards ASP/Cloud solutions sales.
- Desire to work in a team environment, making time-sensitive and business-savvy decisions to meet client expectations and company goals.
- Good presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or equivalent work experience required.
- Relevant sales position experience within Financial Services required.
- Extensive travel across North America is likely to be required.
