We are seeking an exceptional Executive Director to lead our community at Sunrise Senior Living. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional resident experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and improve resident satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance resident experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives and resident programs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a culture of quality and excellence.
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience in senior living or a related field.
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive business growth and improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
