Salary: $16.00 per hour

Location: Stella Niagara, Western New York

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in overall food preparation, adhering to recipes and quality control measures.
  • Evaluate food for taste, texture, and appearance, ensuring consistency with our standards.
  • Prepare and serve meals to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain sanitary conditions in work areas, adhering to health department regulations.
  • Clean and sanitize utensils and equipment before and after use.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Cook/Server who possesses basic math skills and can calculate production and recipes as required for guest counts. The ideal candidate should be able to work at a moderate to fast pace and possess excellent communication skills.

Education and Experience: Two to four years of cooking experience in the food service industry, with knowledge of foodstuffs and food production.

Physical Demands: Occasional sitting, constant standing, frequent walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and carrying with both hands.

Working Conditions: Moderate noise level, occasional exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity or extremes thereof.
