**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Specialist to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. This is a challenging role that requires strong expertise in microbiology and laboratory procedures.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Job Description:**

The Medical Laboratory Specialist will be responsible for performing various tasks related to microbiology, including setting up cultures, identifying bacteria through plate reading, performing gram stains, and preparing susceptibility panels and PCR tests.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain accurate laboratory records and reports
  • Perform complex microbiological tests and analyze results
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure efficient workflow and quality control

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience as a laboratory specialist or similar role
  • MLT Certification

**Work Environment:**

This is a full-time position requiring the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Normal shifts are during the day, with occasional overtime required.
