Commercial Food Equipment Service Technician

Hobart Service is a leading nationwide provider of commercial food equipment service, offering a unique opportunity for mechanically and electrically inclined individuals to join our team as a Commercial Food Equipment Service Technician.
Estimated Salary$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Food Equipment Service Technician to work with customers to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial food equipment, including cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking, and refrigeration.
The successful candidate will typically work from home, traveling to customer sites with minimal direct supervision, meeting or surpassing weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- An accredited High School Diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience
- A valid Driver's License and ability to drive multiple hours daily
- The ability to work Overtime and On-Call as required
- Ability to attend industry-leading training at our corporate headquarters in Troy, OH
