Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

This position is integral to various work groups and initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and member satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with stakeholders, including members, families, and service providers, to enhance community awareness of the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) services.
  • Collaborating with health plan offices and community organizations to develop educational materials and outreach strategies.
  • Advocating for inclusive service environments that promote recovery and wellness through Trauma Informed Care approaches.
  • Supervising and mentoring staff, ensuring high standards of service delivery and performance evaluation.
  • Implementing continuous improvement strategies and monitoring project metrics to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and knowledge of behavioral health systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google G-Suite.
  • A commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive community environment.
