Operations Director

The Operations Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fitness club, providing an exceptional member experience, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Lead and motivate a team of front desk staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for members, resolving issues and providing a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care offered.
- Operations and Administration: Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies, communicating and implementing them to employees and members.
- Sales and Revenue Management: Support company programs and promotions to generate new sales leads, lead and train staff on sales activities, and achieve desired revenue goals.
- Accountabilities: Oversee expense goals, manage payroll and general and administrative expenses, and ensure the club meets Crunch standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, security, and physical plant operations.
- Experience: Fitness management experience preferred.
- Certifications: Current CPR Certification required.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills.
- Administration: Strong administrative skills.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills.
