As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility and ride maintenance and construction, ensuring the continued safety of our guests and employees, and driving the smooth and efficient operation of our attractions and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership to the Maintenance and Construction Division, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Safety and Compliance: Develop and implement safety procedures and policies, ensuring adherence to all safety and housekeeping standards established by the company and regulatory agencies.
  • Facilities and Operations: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all rides, attractions, and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and guest experience.
  • Capital Projects: Propose, develop, and implement capital budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial goals.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of excellence, promoting employee growth and development, and recognizing outstanding performance.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other Six Flags properties, driving corporate goals and objectives, and ensuring consistency across sites.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Technology, or a related field, with a focus on engineering or a closely related field.
  • Experience: At least 10+ years of related work experience, with a minimum of 5+ years of management/leadership experience.
  • Skills: General knowledge of engineering principles, bio-dynamics, and applicable safety regulations, as well as extensive knowledge of construction and maintenance codes.
