We are looking for a highly skilled CPG Sales Manager to lead our premium products division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in steering sales growth by leveraging professional relationships to add new accounts and grow sales within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create specific plans by account and region to meet long-term and short-term needs.
  • Own the execution and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Communicate regularly with assigned customers to maintain account relationships, advise customers of new product offerings, and obtain feedback on products.
  • Ensure delivery of business objectives through distribution, volume, promotion execution, new products, and spending objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience with Food and/or Beverage products or other CPG products within a broker or consumer products company required.
  • BS in Business or related field required. Associate degree with related experience may be considered.
  • Experience executing sales, increasing a book of business, and delivering consistent positive business results within assigned responsibilities.
  • Customer Focus with ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships.
  • Understanding of and ability to forecast, plan, and execute sales.
  • High energy with a proactive approach to deliver results with minimal supervision.

Compensation:

$50K - $80K + Commissions. Total package approximately $100K.
